Haley is a passionate, qualified nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and
Dietetic Medicine) from Endeavour College of Natural Health Melbourne. With a profound
interest in the intersection of nutrition and overall well-being, Haley is dedicated to helping
individuals optimise their nutrition to enhance their quality of life and achieve optimal health.
As a previous dancer Haley has always had an interest in nutrition. This interest was fuelled
when her first child suffered from skin and mental health concerns as well as her husband
being diagnosed with ADHD.  Food as medicine and supplementation was able to manage
these seeing an incredible improvement in the quality of life of her family. This prompted
Haley to pursue a career in Nutritional Medicine to be able to help individuals achieve their
own health and wellness.

As a working mum of 3, Haley has a great understanding of a hectic lifestyle where spare
time is minimal. One of her passions is to help busy individuals prioritise nutrition to fit in with
their lifestyle with easy, practical and stress-free solutions. Haley takes a holistic approach to
nutrition, recognising that each person is unique and requires individualised care. She
believes in evidence-based practices and stays up to date with the latest research and
advancements in her field. Haley combines her knowledge of nutrition with a compassionate
and empathetic approach, empowering her clients to make sustainable dietary and lifestyle
changes that support their physical and mental health goals.

Specialist areas:
Mental Health: Haley is deeply committed to promoting mental well-being through
personalised nutrition strategies. She understands the vital connection between diet and
mental health, emphasising the importance of nutrient-dense foods to support brain function
and emotional balance. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns,
Haley tailors nutrition plans that optimise brain health and aid in the management of mental
health conditions.

Pain Management:
Haley is passionate about utilising nutrition as a complementary
approach to pain management. She recognises the impact that food choices can have on
chronic pain conditions, such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and migraines. Haley collaborates
with individuals dealing with chronic pain, offering tailored nutrition plans that incorporate
anti-inflammatory foods, supplements, and lifestyle modifications to reduce pain and
inflammation, improve energy levels, and enhance overall well-being.

Paediatrics:
Recognising the critical role nutrition plays in childhood development, Haley has
a keen interest in paediatric nutrition. She understands the unique nutritional needs of
growing children and adolescents and works closely with parents to ensure their children
receive adequate nutrients for healthy growth, cognitive development, and immune function.
Haley provides expert guidance on optimising nutrition for picky eaters, managing food
allergies, and addressing specific nutritional concerns in infants, toddlers, and teenagers.
